1. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. AI Music Detector may also use local storage, pixels, SDKs, and comparable technologies. In this policy, we refer to all of them as "cookies."
This policy applies to the AI Music Detector website, account, checkout, and related product pages. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookie Categories
- Strictly necessary: authentication, session continuity, account security, fraud and abuse prevention, load balancing, credit and checkout operations, and remembering cookie choices.
- Preferences: language, locale, display settings, and other choices that make the service easier to use.
- Analytics and diagnostics: page visits, feature usage, performance, and error information used to understand and improve the service. These technologies are not required to run a music detection.
- Support and marketing: customer-support widgets, campaign measurement, attribution, or advertising technologies, when those features are enabled.
3. Audio and Detection Reports
We do not use browser cookies to store your uploaded audio file, pasted audio URL, or detection report. Those materials are processed and retained separately as described in the Privacy Policy.
Cookies may still connect a detection request to your signed-in session, protect the request from abuse, and allow us to display your credit balance and reports to the correct account.
4. Third-Party Services
Depending on the features you use and the services enabled on the website, third parties may set or read cookies under their own policies.
- Authentication providers, including Google when you choose Google Sign-In.
- Payment providers, such as Stripe, Creem, or PayPal, when you open or complete checkout.
- Hosting, security, analytics, diagnostics, affiliate, or customer-support providers when those services are enabled.
5. Your Choices
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If a cookie preference control is displayed on the website, you can use it to change your non-essential cookie choices. You can also sign out to end the current authenticated session.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, credit accounting, report access, or other core features from working. Browser privacy signals are interpreted where required and technically supported, but browser implementations are not uniform.
6. Retention
Session cookies generally expire when the session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their configured expiry date or until you remove them. Duration depends on the cookie's purpose and the provider that sets it. We aim to keep each duration no longer than reasonably necessary for that purpose.
7. Updates and Contact
We may update this policy when our technology, providers, or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
